Security Service Consultants (Pty) Ltd has established Secureline, a 24-hour free call centre which may be subscribed to by any company or institution.
 
The purpose of Secureline is to enable the employees of companies and institutions, as well as other individuals, to bring information relating to any matter, which is impacting negatively on the company or institution to the attention of management for remedial action.
 
Secureline enables the person to do so in a confidential manner and to remain anonymous should he/she so elect.
 
Experience has taught that due to intimidation and fear of reprisals, victimisation and ostracism employees are seldom willing to inform on their co-workers or superiors. People are also more inclined to speak to someone not employed by the particular company or institution, as anonymity is more likely to be guaranteed.
 
The establishment of Secureline is not a new concept but has for many years been successfully used by various organisations including the SAPS (Crime Stop).
 
We, however, offer an integrated service operated by people with vast experience in the processing of information. Should it be required by the client, we have the ability and capacity to investigate any information further. This includes covert infiltrations and the placing of agents, profiling of individuals, and installation of closed circuit monitoring systems, technical surveillance and polygraph analysis.
